Yes. Dharavi is a safe community, and our guides are locals who know the area well. We maintain small groups for a comfortable and secure experience.
We recommend modest clothing (no sleeveless tops, short shorts, or revealing clothes). Comfortable walking shoes are a must.
Booking & Confirmation

Full payment must be made at the time of booking.

Tour Timings
Please arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time.
Tours operate on a strict schedule. Late arrivals may miss the group and no refund will be provided.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation made 48 hours or more before the tour: Full refund.
Cancellation made less than 48 hours before the tour: No refund.
No refunds for “No-Shows” or late arrivals.
In case of unforeseen circumstances (bad weather, local events, strikes), we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the tour with a full refund.
Photography & Videography
Photography inside Dharavi is strictly restricted to protect the privacy of residents.
Your guide will advise when and where photography is permitted.
Unauthorized photography or filming may result in immediate termination of the tour.
