Do the Dabbawalas work every day?

No. They operate Monday to Saturday. On Sundays and major public holidays, you won’t see their delivery service.

Is photography allowed?

Photography is allowed at Dhobi Ghat and some parts of Dharavi. However, please respect privacy and ask your guide before taking pictures of people.

How challenging is the walk?

The walk is moderately easy but involves narrow lanes and uneven surfaces. Comfortable shoes are recommended.

Can children join this tour?

Yes, children are welcome, but parents should supervise them closely in crowded or industrial areas.

Tours operate rain or shine. Please carry an umbrella during monsoon.
A minimum of 2 participants is required for booking a group tour.
Full payment must be made in advance to confirm your booking.
Pickup & drop-off services must be booked at least 24 hours prior.
India Trip Explore reserves the right to change or cancel tours in case of unforeseen circumstances (strikes, weather, safety concerns).
Respect local customs, and refrain from photographing individuals without permission.
Children under 5 years can join free of cost (without separate arrangements).
Cancellation Policy:
- 48 hours before the tour: Full refund
- 24 hours before the tour: 50% refund
- Less than 24 hours: No refund
